At Canada Pooch, we want your pup to love their gear as much as you do. If the fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange any unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are free of pet hair and in their original packaging, then securely pack them and attach the prepaid shipping label provided.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your tracking records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
